The EK-TM4C123GXL LaunchPad features on-board emulation, which means you can program and debug your projects without the need for additional tools.
The Tiva-C LaunchPad,[1] is an inexpensive self-contained, single-board microcontroller, about the size of a credit card featuring an ARM Cortex-M4 32-bit microcontroller at 80 Mhz, manufactured by Texas Instruments.[2] The most popular is the Tiva-C Series EK-TM4C123GXL Launchpad, it was formerly known as Ti-Stellaris, in fact it adds few changes to the last, but it is exactly the same platform, the Tiva-C LaunchPad just adds support options for Motion Control PWMs and USB Host functionality.
